Chocolate and Cake Decorating
You may have seen this type of decorating before, but how is it done? With transfers!
Baking transfers have a plastic base and printed with edible ink.
Simply spread melted chocolate over the transfer (icing works too) allow to set slightly then either cut into pieces or take the whole transfer and mould around a cake. Secure and place in the fridge. When set peel off the plastic backing and your chocolate and design stays in place!
